Qualifications - ONLY THOSE WHO MEET MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT
* Experience with commercial and consumer real estate loans is desired and should include collecting required documents, verifying financial information, maintaining records, processing loan applications, etc. Should be familiar with ordering title opinions, appraisals, flood certifications, Visa Plats, surveys and insurance information. 
* Knowledge of Horizon 
would be a plus; 
* Essential skills include a working knowledge of Word and Excel, and, in general, moderate computer skills; math and reasoning abilities
* Necessary skills include organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization, initiative, communications (verbal, written and interpersonal), the ability to work independently according to Bank policy and procedures, the ability to meet deadlines; the ability to offer knowledgeable assistance to lenders;
*Learned skills will be knowledge of Bank practices and policy.  
*Flexibility to work past operating hours if/as necessary.

 
Primary Responsibilities – To assist lenders throughout the system with processing loans from the point of approval through the point of closing and delivery of closed documents to loan processing to be booked by collecting required documents to prepare loan applications; verify financial information; maintain records; process renewal agreements; complete transaction tickets; assist or being responsible for clearing exceptions; process credit reports and prepare adverse action notices; proof documents and verify information before the loan is sent to Loan Operations or is closed; accepting loan payments; and transferring funds.

Expectations are to perform job duties and other responsibilities as assigned and to follow all safety rules and regulations.

Regular attendance according to the work schedule is necessary and essential as is receiving detailed information verbally, in person and by telephone. Extensive reading, computer use and sitting is expected the majority of the time.
